I have a mid-2012, non-Retina, 13' MacBook Pro with a 2.5 Ghz i5 and 8 GB of RAM. My current OS is 10.9.1. I've played Starcraft 2 for some time without any problems, but there are a few newer games on the Mac App Store that look like they'd be no fun with a keyboard and mouse. I'm hoping people here have recommendations for the best game pads or controllers that are compatible with Mac.
The logitech gamepad f310 and logitech gamepad f710 are a good choice of controller for retropie. The f710 is wireless with a range of at least 6m 20ft. This gaming you crave on pcs.

Logitech Gamepad F310 Software Installation
- Hi, I have bought the Logitech gamepad that can switch between DirectInput and XInput to use with my Mac Mini(F310). I tried to connect it with the switch set to DirectInput, I tried to press the connection button and I tried to connect it directly to the Mac(instead to a USB hub).
- Finally i can play games on Mac with my Logitech F310 gamepad:) (0) 3. 30 October 2012. But made totally functionable for the Mac with GamePad Campion v2.4 on OS-10.4.9 on a 2002 G4 Digital Audio Mac. I can highly recommend this program for all PPC Mac users. I can also highly recommend the developer make publicity known his.
